The american dream and status quo is overrated...and sometimes just plain wrong. our lives, our family, our careers, our faith are all now filtered through a new lens-- thank you Jesus. welcome to our crazy. feel free to take some of it with you, we have plenty to go around.

stole this from someone's facebook...but...it's from the Bible, so it's fair game, right?

Psalm103:1 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! 2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, 3 who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, 4 who redeems your life from the pit, ...who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, 5 who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagles.

I am a fellow Trinity girl, but don't think we have ever had the chance to meet. I've been following your story and wake up every morning checking to see if you have an update, as my eyes well up with tears. Your faith amazes me. God surely has great things in store for your family. Will continue to fall on my knees before God asking for a miracle for your sweet baby.

Hear my cry, O God; Attend to my prayer. From the end of the earth I will cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed; lead me to The Rock that is Higher than I. Psalm 61:1-2

'For I,' says The LORD, 'will be a wall of fire all around her, and I will Be The Glory in her midst. Zechariah 2:5

But You, O LORD, are a shield for me, My Glory and The One Who Lifts up my head. I cried to The LORD with my voice, and He Heard me from His Holy Hill. I lay down and slept; I awoke, for The LORD Sustained me. Psalm 3:3-5

Through The LORD'S Mercies we are not consumed, because His Compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your Faithfulness. The LORD is my portion,: says my soul, "Therefore I hope in Him!" Lamentations 3:22-24

Standing with you in all you have lifted up for Ridge and WHO GOD IS, in holy unity in living concert in HIM, His Word, His Presence, His Power, His Might, His Agape, His Mercies, His Gentleness, HIS Unconditional LOVE, in POWER and SOUNDNESS, sustaining you, Ridge and your family in Grace and Mercy, His by The Blood of The Lamb of God, Amen.

Alisha, hi my name is Memory (Snider) Curry. I am not sure if you remember me from the BCM, I was good friends with Kelly (Hunnicutt) Metscher. Just wanted you to know that my family is praying for your family. You are an amazing light to so many people and I thank God for using you and Brandon. I pray daily that God will give you the utmost strength and peace, "a peace that passes all understanding". I can not even begin to imagine the situation you face each day, but I know that without a doubt God has each of you in HIS MIGHY HANDS and will not let go. Will be checking your updates...may today be blessed.

Just wanted you to know that Ridge was the subject of the Bible Chair's 9:00 Devo last night. Jake read from your blog and talked about yours and Brandon's inspiring faith through this ordeal. One of the college kids suggested we all stop and bow in silent prayer right there. The lights were out and in the darkness, I could 'feel" the presence of God. So many people are continually lifting you all up in prayer and we will not stop!!! Praying for a better day today.

Love,
Sue
